The Best Gluten-Free Burger in Madrid
Are you gluten-free and have completely stopped the traditional burger with a bun life? Do you feel that every time a restaurant offers gluten-free bread, it's usually terrible, hard, crumbly and you'd just rather enjoy the meat on its own? I have found the solution, and it's in Madrid!
(Also, if you want to impress your gluten-free friend, I guarantee they will love you forever.)
Pecado Carnal
Located in Calle Hernán Cortés, it is the perfect place of a dinner in the Chueca neighbourhood. The atmosphere is very casual and perfect for a night out with some friends! Also, the waiters were very polite and accommodated all our requests.
Regarding the food, Pecado Carnal offers a large variety of meals, but burgers are their specialty and are definitely worth a try! The restaurant has a mixed and exciting variety of flavors, offering their clients a unique experience. Foie, Tomatoes, Provolone, Black Garlick, Goat, Sweet Chili are some examples of the variety of burgers they offer.
The last time I visited Pecado Carnal, I ordered a delicious Truffled Cheese KOBE Burger which I would definitely recommend. Moreover, their gluten-free alternative had very high quality bread!
It is important to note that the establishment is not gluten free only, meaning that cross contamination in the air may happen, but I can definitely say the staff were extremely helpful and did their best to ensure that their clients had no problems during their meal.
